Shipping & Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 6–8 working days from the date of order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared within 24 hours to help you monitor your delivery status.

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping within India: ₹100–₹200
    (Charges may vary depending on order size and weight)

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Delivery Timelines

  • Within India: Delivery typically takes 6–10 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges beyond our control.

All domestic deliveries are carried out by trusted courier partners during standard working hours.

Address & Contact Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Address or contact changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is dispatched, no changes or redirections can be made.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address (RTO – Return to Origin):

  • A ₹150 re-dispatch fee will be applicable.

  • The order will be reshipped only after the fee is paid in full.

  • All additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Missing Packages & Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp.

  • Any concerns raised after 48 hours of delivery confirmation may not be entertained.

  • All delivery investigations and proofs are handled by our courier partners.

Hello Cutie Hi is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
