At Hello Cutie Hi, all our products are thoughtfully handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of handmade items, we follow a limited return policy as outlined below.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Eligibility

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

  • Sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish, as these are natural to handcrafted products

Shipping & Refunds

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds (or store credit) are processed within 7–10 working days after approval

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or dispatched
