At Hello Cutie Hi, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, organic, and sustainable products. Each of our items is handmade with love and care, and as such, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, we do provide refunds in specific cases, as outlined below.
Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping Charges: Shipping fees range from ₹100 to ₹200 across India (charges may vary for larger items).

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 6–8 working days. A tracking ID will be shared within 24 hours of dispatch.

Order Cancellation: Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Delivery Timelines: Delivery times may vary due to product availability, courier delays, or logistical challenges beyond our control.

Address & Contact Modifications

Modifications: You can request changes to your shipping address or contact information within 24 hours of placing your order.

Post-Dispatch Changes: No modifications can be made once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).

An additional ₹150 re-dispatch fee will be applicable to reship the order.

Orders will not be re-shipped until this fee is paid in full.

All RTO and additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Missing Packages & Delivery Disputes

Unreceived Package: If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please report it within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp.

Dispute Window: Any disputes raised after 48 hours of marked delivery will not be entertained.

Investigation: Resolution and proof of delivery will be based on the investigation conducted by our courier partner.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We do not offer monetary compensation for lost or stolen packages.

Refunds & Replacements: Refunds or replacements for delivery disputes are not guaranteed.

If your product is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide clear unboxing videos and photos as proof via email or WhatsApp.

After verification, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Refund Processing Time: 7–10 working days after claim approval.​

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please report it within 24 hours with supporting proof.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
